This caturra varietal comes from the northern Nicaraguan region of Dipilto. The high altitude mountains provides ample shade and fertile soil to produce a high quality bean. The beans are fully washed then patio dried.
We then roast them to a city+ level creating a balanced acidity and a bit of sweetness. The light-medium roast helps highlight the notes of orange and almond. A great option to kick start your morning!
