This light roast with notes of brown sugar and pear is a fully washed, patio dried Caturra varietal grown between 950 and 1,600 meters by the Torrebiarte family. This hydroelectric-powered farm, operated by a third-generation producer, employs 125 full-time employees and up to 500 pickers during harvest!
