Wait a minute, this is decaf coffee? No way, it has such a great depth of flavor.
Well the answer is yes, it is decaffeinated. And yes it can have great flavor and not be harmful to the environment when it's processed. This coffee is picked from the high altitudes of Colombia and sent to a water processed decaffeination center. The caffeine is removed with an all water process that avoids the use of harmful chemicals usually used in the process. We then roast the coffee to a City Roast. The final result is a nice medium bodied, low acidity cup with a great cocoa finish.
